Brighton MyAlbion+ Update Hands Fans Seat-Sharing Boost

Brighton & Hove Albion have opened 2026/27 MyAlbion+ memberships with a supporter-friendly ticketing change that should immediately land well with regular Amex matchgoers.

According to the club’s official announcement, men’s season-ticket holders will be able to share their seat with a MyAlbion+ member free of any additional charge from next season, provided the usual Friends and Family requirements are in place.

Paul Barber Gets A Clear Fan-Access Boost

The change matters because empty-seat visibility has become a recurring issue across Premier League grounds, particularly when late broadcast movements collide with family life, travel costs and midweek scheduling.

Albion have also confirmed that UK adult MyAlbion+ members can add up to four under-12 junior memberships in the same household for free, with paid upgrades available at a reduced price. Adult membership is listed at £42, while the Albion All-Stars+ tier for 12-to-17-year-olds is priced at £20.

For chief executive Paul Barber, whose wider Amex revenue strategy has already been under scrutiny in ReadBrighton’s recent fan-engagement analysis, this is the sort of practical concession that supports both loyalty and attendance.

The move is not a headline signing, but it is significant. Brighton are asking supporters to buy into another congested campaign. Making seat sharing easier and junior access cheaper gives that request a stronger foundation.
